Cancellation Policy
We ask that you please understand that when a client does not arrive for an appointment or cancels with less than 48 hours' notice, we have limited opportunity to rebook the appointment. We work on a commission pay structure, which means that quite literally, time is money! We invest time and energy into our craft to provide a top-tier experience for you. We ask that you repay your stylist by being on time or canceling your appointment with appropriate notice to avoid any unwanted charges.
All appointments require a deposit upon booking which is applied to your appointment. No-shows or cancellations within a 48 hour window or on the day of the appointment are subject to a 100% charge. If you are more than 20 minutes late, you will be considered a missed appointment. PLEASE NOTE that DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
As a courtesy, rescheduling an appointment is permitted up to two times and deposits will be transferred to the new date of appointment. Repetitive rescheduling is not allowed. This ensures fairness to other clients and respect for stylist’s time.
